indicatii: investigatie utila pentru evaluarea screening a pacientilot la care se suspecteaza boli hepatice autoimune. Bolile hepatice autoimune includ hepatita autoimuna (HAI) si ciroza biliara primitiva (CBP). Testul identifica urmatorii autoanticorpi de tip IgG pentru CBP: 1/ anticorpi anti AMA-M2 anticorpi antimitocondriali; 2 / anticorpi IgG anti-M2-3E (BPO) – epitopi ai antigenului M2; 3/ anticorpi IgG anti Sp100, 4 / anticorpi IgG anti PML; 5/ anticorpi IgG anti gp210 precum si 6 / autoanticorpi de tip IgG pentru HAI: anticorpi IgG anti LKM-1 / liver kidney microsome antibodies; 7 / anticorpi IgG anti LC-1 / liver cytosol type 1; 8 / anticorpi IgG anti SLA/LP; 9 / anticorpi IgG anti Ro-52; 10 / anticorpi IgG anti F-actina.
